The Native Lands Advocacy Project is pleased to announce Raven McMullin as our new Data Journalism Intern! Raven will be helping us contextualize the data housed on the Native Land Information System by writing timely, place-based content for our blog, storymaps, and for third party publications. She will also be helping us expand our research on US land and agricultural policies on Native Lands. Welcome aboard Raven!

"Yá'át'ééh everyone! My name is Raven McMullin, and I am from the Navajo reservation in Twin Lakes, NM. I received my B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Legal Studies from Colorado State University in 2020, and I currently live in Fort Collins, CO with my husband Lance. I am interested in studying tribal policy as it relates to housing, health, and community development, and I am excited to learn more from the team at NLAP! Along with working for NLAP, I will also be applying for a Masters in Public Policy program for this upcoming fall semester.
