Public Comment on the Climate and Economic Justice Screening Tool

A strong statistical argument for the inadequacy of using Census Tract level data for determining eligibility for reservation populations in the Justice40 initiative. Justice40 subsequently updated their screening to include all Native geographies under the “disadvantaged” category.
